On the occasion of the Republic Day, organized at the Italian Social Club in Pretoria, the IIC participates with its own stand and organizes the “Pasta Challenge” activity. In collaboration with the Prue Leith cooking academy, the public tries their hand at preparing various traditional Italian recipes.
