The Prize has now reached its <strong>25th edition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The only award of its kind, the Prize has been supported and funded for the past twenty-five years by the <strong>Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong>, with the aim of promoting the study and appreciation of the Italian language and culture around the world.<\/p>\n<p>For the past five years, the Prize has been dedicated to the memory of <strong>Ambassador Luca Attanasio<\/strong>, who died tragically in the Democratic Republic of the Congo while carrying out his duties.<\/p>\n<p>The Prize is <strong>promoted and organised by the Ennio Flaiano Cultural Association<\/strong>, in collaboration with the <strong>Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong> and the <strong>Italian Cultural Institutes abroad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Prize is awarded to <strong>three authors in the over-35 category<\/strong> and <strong>one author in the under-35 category<\/strong> whose works focus on Italian culture and have been published abroad, either in Italian or in another language.
