The Italian Cultural Institute in Pretoria is pleased to invite you to join our Italian Book & Wine Club:

Each session features a celebrated Italian novel, read in English and introduced by Dr Raphael d’Abdon.

Together, we explore stories, history and emotions, while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere, a glass of wine, and an aperitivo.

    A tender novel about loss, belonging, and rediscovery.
  • Italian Folktales by Italo Calvino
    Fairy tales and fables, collected and retold with wit and charm.
  • Arturo’s Island by Elsa Morante
    An intimate coming-of-age story set on a remote island.
