Italian Literature Reading Journey – 2026 Edition
Discover Italy through its stories.
The Italian Cultural Institute invites you to embark on a year-long literary journey through Italy, exploring a carefully curated selection of Italian novels in English translation. Guided by Dr. Raphael d’Abdon, this monthly book club offers an opportunity to engage deeply with Italy’s rich literary tradition while fostering thoughtful discussion and cultural exchange.
Each session focuses on a single work, situating it within its historical, cultural, and social context, and encouraging open conversation among participants. No prior knowledge of Italian literature is required—only a curiosity for stories and ideas.
